I recently put my townhouse on the market. I interviewed 3 agents, all experienced in the area my house was in, and Matt Cossell was the realtor that had the best plan already laying out a plan as we talked on what it would take to get ready and put on the market. He got quotes for the few things needed to get ready and helped to see through as I had already moved out of the area. He suggested the highest price to list, and the offer came in over the asking price. He gave me a timeline of what he thought it should take to get ready, show property on 2 weekends and there was an offer made after 2nd weekend, which I accepted and closed in 30 days.
